Agreement to Terms: By downloading the App from the Google Play Store or using our sandbox website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, please uninstall the App immediately.

1. License to Use

IND Tech Mark Pvt. Ltd. grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and run the MathQuiz App on an Android device for personal, non-commercial educational training purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MathQuiz in compliance with all relevant laws. You must not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to extract source binaries of the App.
Submit spam inquiries, fake registration details, or automated bot inputs on our forms.
Attempt to overload, crash, or bypass our Google Apps Script database pathways.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom graphics, mathematics question generation engines, sitemaps, layouts, CSS codes, logos, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of IND Tech Mark Pvt. Ltd.. You hold no ownership rights over the code assets.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party utilities, including **Google Play Services**, **Firebase SDKs** (analytics, notifications, and crash diagnostics), and **Google Play Integrity API** (to verify app legitimacy). Use of these services is governed by their respective developer policies.

5. AdMob Advertisements

MathQuiz may display mobile banner and interstitial ads coordinated through **Google AdMob**. Ads are non-personalized in kids categories to conform strictly with developer family safety standards.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

MathQuiz is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free gameplay or 100% database availability. In no event shall IND Tech Mark Pvt. Ltd. or its founders be held liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime or database connection failures.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MathQuiz shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Bihar, India.
